Shipping & Delivery

 We ship your order as soon as possible. However for certain locations security and credit checks apply. Also  note,  certain products has technologies that can not be shipped to certain countries. We also reserve the right to decline your order when necessary. Also please note that your order may originate from a different country- an example  will be  South East Asia. 

Privacy & Security 

We respect your privacy and security. We do not share customer information with any third party. The e-commerce Portal is fully secure for business transaction.

Returns & Replacements 

If for any reason you are not happy with the product, or the product is dead on arrival (DOA), Please contact us regarding returning methods. We generally create RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure for the returning equipment. Under no condition you may return the equipment, without  RMA number. Please note that returning product must have all the components and original packaging. Package shipped without original packaging material will be returned  to sender.

Replacement of equipment that is critical for your business may email delays. Please realize that you are responsible for contingency planning on your part.

Ordering 

You can order product using Paypal, credit card or purchasing order. We generally verify all order for security reason. You can also place order manually using Bank Transfer, Money Order and Western Union.

In case of product update and or replacement of the product with another model, we generally contact you using en email to resolve the product.

Please note,  a photo ID is required to receive the product from courier.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions 

All orders need prepayment. Promotions are applied at the point of order. Prices are subject to   change  hourly. We reserve the right to change the price as and when necessary.

Viewing Orders

 You can view  your order by logging into system. You may email us in case of any difficulty. We update your order status every day.

Updating Account Information

  We can log into your account to update the details.
